The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a large balcony, fridge, and TV. While slightly dated, the rooms are lovely and spacious but could benefit from some updating. The service was exceptional, especially on Halloween, with engaging games and a fabulous kids club. The staff were present from morning till night, offering great assistance and making the stay relaxing and fun. The location, up a mountain, is a bit steep and hilly, not ideal for those with mobility issues, but provides easy access to the poolside snack bar and town mall. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of options, including the opportunity to order by the pool bar. Additionally, the pool area was well-maintained and pleasant.
